The beginning

At only fifteen years old I regularly attend yoga classes where I am invested deeply from the start. Yoga has been revealed to me as the most complete and interesting path on a spiritual, mental and physical level.

I then leave for the United States and stay there for a year on the East Coast and a year on the West Coast, where I benefit to practice yoga. In 1997 I leave in search of a spiritual guide to India where I spend two years in an Ashram with great masters. I will then graduate from the Atma Darshan Yogashram "Branch of Bhiar School".

In parallel, I also turn to natural healing techniques and I take on a naturopathic training; the desire to heal the body through natural medicine went hand in hand with my yogic practice.

Teaching

In 2001 I founded the YogaCenter in Montreux – Switzerland, which rapidly grown thanks to the diversity of services available. I offer a teaching adapted to the modern man of today with a wide a range of all levels classes at different times of the day throughout the week, to meet everyone’s schedule and needs.

In recent years, I have also offered the opportunity to those who wish to deepen their knowledge, as well as to those wishing to become a "yoga teacher" the opportunity to undergo a complete training.

Internationally renowned, I travel different countries such as Thailand, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Korea, Vietnam, Japan ... to share my experience and knowledge.

My philosophy

Passionately combining my knowledge with my experience, I enjoy sharing my time and my knowledge with others. I like to share, to exchange different points of view on the knowledge of yoga and, of course to teach this discipline in the respect of the tradition.

My philosophy of life is to be able to progress on my inner journey while succeeding in transmitting my knowledge around me. I try to combine a rigorous lifestyle according to my practice of Hatha Yoga and modern active life.

My main asset is having been successful for more than 20 years combining the body and the mind as a tool to help push the limits of morale and fatigue.

Yoga as a revelation
1986

Two Years in India
1997
In 1997 I leave in search of a spiritual guide to India where I spend two years in an Ashram with great masters. I will then graduate from the Atma Darshan Yogashram "Branch of Bhiar School".
The YogaCenter
2001
In 2001 I found the YogaCenter in collaboration with Christophe Steiger. Only after a few months I realize that the school respond to a strong and growing demand, being inspired by it I start organizing several Fasting & Yoga retreats in France at the Château de Roche sur Linotte.
First YogaCenter Retreat
2004
In 2004 the YogaCenter offers its first Yoga Retreat in South of India, then continues with retreats in Switzerland, Thailand, Greece, Martinique, Corsica and Italy.
First Teacher Training
2005
In 2005 I establish within the YogaCenter a Yoga School where people who would like to become a yoga teacher have the opportunity to do so. Each year the 3 years cursus welcomes in September a new intake.
International recognition
2015
In 2015 the YogaCenter concept is brought abroad to different Yoga Schools around the world through various workshops and Master Classes. My international recognition and reputation allows me the YogaAlliance USA accreditations, as well as national accrediations such as ASCA, RME and of course Swiss Yoga.

In 2018 after more than 30 years of yoga practice, and teaching internationally, the desire to create my own style with the opportunity to have the best textures on the market I created and designed my own sport brand YANTRACONNECTION
